Purchasing & Inventory Executive

Job Description

  • Purchasing Management
  • To source parts from local or overseas for PC Dreams Group within SLA time frame
  • Knowledge of communicating & typing in Chinese is required as parts are sourced from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
  • To ensure that overseas suppliers supplies quality products with reasonable prices.  
  • To update purchase order into business system.
  • To ensure a smooth purchase order update workflow with the use Trello & Slack (training will be provided).
  • To liaise with Finance for the payment to suppliers.
  • To manage procurement float.
  • To arrange RMA to both local & overseas suppliers.
  • To issue billing for inter company parts transfer.
  • Inventory Management
  • To monitor inventory for programs and ensure healthy stock level
  • To manage inventory stock.
  • To monitor & co-ordinate for overseas purchase shipment
  • To stock entry for incoming stock
  • To manage aging stocks.
  • Regular stock take
  • Reports & Process Management
  • Weekly report update to management for purchase, stock level, and stock turnaround.
  • Perform regular review of processes and look into processes to improve operational efficiency and agility.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent.  Diploma holders will be considered for junior position.
  • Ability to perform code changes in Microsoft Excel using VBA and/or in Microsoft Access will be an advantage.
